Wonderful for both presentation and flavor! Very easy to make and taste good the next day too. Will definitely make on a regular basis.

I have made this several times. My young kids love it. Even the one that hates squash. Nothing needs to be added to it or changed. Recipe is perfect how it is.

Very simple to make and extremely flavorful. The only modification I made was after 20 minutes of roasting, I turned in the broiler because I wanted to brown them a little more.

Delicious but don't cook for more than 20mins it will get over cooked. Temperature of the oven can also be a lil lower
