This was delicious. I dont use salt because of health issues but still it had nice flavour and color. I cooked it for 50 minutes because I don't have a meat thermometer and the breasts were large. I also reduced the olive oil to 1 Tbsp to reduce the fat further. I cook chicken often and definitely will make this again.
