This has become one of my favorite dishes. I love the crunch of the strands of squash and the mushroom sauce is great with the thyme and parsley.

This was delicious and healthy. I added more garlic but I add more garlic to everything. 🤣

I opted to saute the mushrooms in butter and add a squeeze of lemon juice! Loved the recipe!

Loved it.. added some sun-dried tomatoes to it and turned out amazing.. will definitely repeat!

Great dish! Have it quicker by cooking the Spaghetti squash in the InstantPot for 7 minutes. Dinner could not be easier!

So yummy! I added sautéed shrimp and was so pleased. It wasn’t necessary to make it delish!

This was delicious! I think I let my squash over cook because the ‘noodle’ just seemed to melt into each other, but the flavor was spectacular! Can’t wait to make this again!

This was excellent! I always cook spaghetti squash for 45-50 minutes for more tender squash. I also added more garlic and topped the skillet with Parmesan and broiled for two minutes.

This is a terrific dish. Easy to make and very tasty! My husband is not a veggie lover - he loves this dish.
