This is the perfect way to cook spaghetti squash. I do this step first for all my spaghetti squash recipes.

Turned out great. Had it with browned butter and a drizzle of maple syrup, as a side dish to accompany baked chicken, Brussels, bacon and blue cheese.

Turned out great! Once I removed it from the shell I did end up cooking it about 10 minutes more in the microwave

Maybe it's because it was my first time making it or because we're at a higher elevation, but I made it at 375 for an hour and 10 minutes and I think it could have used more time I'll try it at 400 for an hour next time as I don't want it to take too long to cook

Spaghetti squash is my favorite squash and the way this came out tasted very good. It is hard to mess up spaghetti squash and it is a good recipe for people who don't know how to make the squash.

Great recipe! Better to add a little Kerrygold butter or avocado oil before roasting to give it a much savory taste. Love it with Chicken Cauliflower Alfredo.

Good basic oven based spaghetti squash receipt. The only challenge is selecting a squash that is ready to cook. Start with the basic receipt, if you like, try sdding a small amount of butter or olive oil to each half before putting in oven.

Perfect! I use this method and then dress with various sauces and toppings! Chicken, beef, pesto, marinara, etc...
