- 12 oz. peeled shrimp (medium deveined,uncooked)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 12 oz. fettuccine
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 6 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups milk (I use lowfat)
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. salt (EACH, dried parsley, onion pwdr)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 dash red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (freshly)
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz. cream cheese (cubed, I use 1/3 less fat)

Easy recipe-and delicious! Directions are easy to follow, once you get past the chit chat. I added sliced mushrooms to the shrimp. And extra Parmesan make sure to add red pepper for a great kick. The Alfredo sauce was kind of thin because I used two percent milk. It was less heavy than restaurant sauce, and better for it. Best of all this recipe really is fast.

it was awesome ! i thought that it was a really good recipe. the only thing i did was not put in red pepper flakes

delicious, I used premade alfredo bc i was short on time but i woupd add a lot more seasoning to the broccoli and shrimp next time. but thats just personal preference.

This recipe turned out to be pretty good although I found the sauce to be a little thick and cheesy instead of creamy. I would probably use less mozzarella next time. The shrimp and broccoli were delicious!

This is the most delicious Alfredo recipe that I have made. I love Alfredo but it’s always too heavy for me to thoroughly enjoy because if feel full and gross after. This is much lighter! I added the zest of one lemon to the broccoli and shrimp after it came out of the oven. Then when it was all plated I drizzled some lemon juice on each dish. I will be sure to keep this recipe!!
