    Made it without the bacon ...delish . Added onion, think next time,I will cut the time to 20-25 minutes, I shredded the sprouts pretty thin!

    I fixed these for a family dinner. Even the people that swore they didnt like Brussel Sprouts enjoyed this dish. I'm making it again now for a work lunch. Everything about this dish is great.
