- 3 lb. red potato (cut into bite-size pieces)
- 1 onions (large, chopped)
- 6 cloves garlic (sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary (coarsely chopped)
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. kosher salt (or sea)
- 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise

Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Combine potatoes, onions, garlic, rosemary and olive oil in bottom of broiler pan or large roasting pan; sprinkle with salt. Roast, stirring once, 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown; cool slightly.
- Combine warm potato mixture with Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light mayonnaise in serving bowl. Serve immediately or chill, if desired.
