    Need more fat! To me, the potatoes were dry and hot. The experience was as if I liked a countertop with hot ground spice. Yuk

    They were a little bland for our tastes but it's definitely something we'll try again with a minor tweak or two.
    I will use less oil the next time I make this. My husband loves paprika and I used it in the potatoes as well as the catfish for dinner.

    It turned out ok I think next time I will add butter to them! And I ended up having to cook them in a casserole dish because they stuck to my pan which is on its last leg!

    Great, easy recipe. I just used regular paprika because I don't have the smoked kind and still thoroughly enjoyed it.

    Potatoes cooked just fine. I found them bland. We added ranch, cheese and bacon bits which helped. Overall, I wouldn't make again.

    Turned out great! As a matter of fact I'm making them again right now. Recipe is super simple. Can definitely play with this recipe. My family loved it!
