Potatoes were pretty bland. I didn’t have chives so those were left out, maybe that would have helped. I should’ve read the other reviews about more seasoning.

Came out pretty good, but next time I’ll cut them thinner. And you need A LOT more seasoning and olive oil for the flavor to kick in.

Need more fat! To me, the potatoes were dry and hot. The experience was as if I liked a countertop with hot ground spice. Yuk

They were a little bland for our tastes but it's definitely something we'll try again with a minor tweak or two.

I will use less oil the next time I make this. My husband loves paprika and I used it in the potatoes as well as the catfish for dinner.

It turned out ok I think next time I will add butter to them! And I ended up having to cook them in a casserole dish because they stuck to my pan which is on its last leg!

Great, easy recipe. I just used regular paprika because I don't have the smoked kind and still thoroughly enjoyed it.
