  • 2 tablespoons zatar (or favorite Middle Eastern spice blend)
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

    Directions

    1. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil and Zatar and let it sit for one hour.
    2. In a serving bowl, add the hummus then pour the Zatar mixture over it.
