Yum! I used up a variety of cherry, grape, and on-the-vine tomatoes that I already had at home, and was too lazy to remove the seeds/pulp from the small tomatoes, but it was fine. I added some sugar to balance out the tartness from the tomatoes, and a little extra paprika and black pepper to enhance the flavor.

Lovely soup. I cheated and added some tin tomatoes drained. And roasted the tomatoes and peppers then cooked with stock and blitzed in a blender

Amazing!! The smell that filled my home was intoxicating. Yum! It’s fairly thick so it worked well for dipping chips or bread.

Great flavor! I used the oil from roasting the veggies to cook the garlic. I also used regular paprika vs smoked. A subtle heat.

Excellent tasting soup. Made with standard tomatoes and halved the onions but a great taste and not too difficult.
