    A Fantastic soup! I added a red chili pepper to the veggies I was roasting and included about 1/3 of it in the soup - Zing!

    This soup turned out delicious with a spicy kick! I added 1/3 head of cabbage, 2 more carrots, and 1 cup of mushrooms. The process of broasted veggies, adding everything in the pot, and using a good immersion blender was a wiz!
