Super easy and super tasty. I'm usually not one for a lot of salt but I would say don't hesitate to be generous (tasting along the way of course). I didn't have half and half so I used 15% cream instead, and I also added a tsp or so of caramelized onion dip. One of the nicest tomato based soups I've made.

Easy to make and delicious to eat ! A swirl of creme fraiche and a sprinkling of chopped parsley made it more festive !
