This was good, but I was trying to copy the best sauce in the world from The Border Cafe in the Boston Ma area so I made a few changes. Instead of parsley I used cilantro. It turned out too garlic heavy so I’d use less next time. I also took some sauce and mixed it 3:1 with sour cream, which gave it some of the creamy-ness that it has at The Border. I put it on my baked black bean and corn enchilada. Not a perfect match, but very close, and very yummy! So good I forgot to take a picture, next time!
