Loved it! I make this to put on/mix with all kinda of different entrees- I even will mix it in with my Mac n cheese- it’s great!

I really liked this sauce, although we did have to add quite a bit to make it taste like something. We used fresh bell pepper, so that may have been part of it.
But we ended up using much more than ¼ cup cream, adding oregano, using tons of salt / chili pepper, and actually adding a bit of tomato sauce and chicken stock because there was such a little amount of sauce.

It was great! I had fresh bell pepper so I added some chicken broth to offset the liquid that would have been in the jar of roasted bells.
