- 1/2 batch marinara sauce (or 1, 28-ounce can store-bought marinara sauce)

This turned out amazing- I have a family of 7 so I figured I needed to double the recipe! This says serving for 4, no way...this fed all of us lol It makes like 6-8 servings if you're also serving a side salad or something. Def making this again- it was delish!

I used double the veggies as stated here because I bought an extra large eggplant and now I have lasagna for days (I didn't think it would make that much of a difference).
