    These may have been the best roasted potatoes I have ever made! I used a colored potato medley and subbed Italian seasoning instead of oregano. I used 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt and seasoning instead. I used 1 rosemary sprig instead of 3.
