    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Toss potatoes and oil on a large baking pan and season. Bake 35-40 mins or until crisp.
    2. For the aioli, mix mayonnaise, yogurt and garlic. Season to taste and serve with potatoes.
