This is tasty and very easy to make. season slowly. I followed the recepie with the exception of the ancho powder, i used some slap yo mama seasoning on this and it worked out great. I will chop the veg a little larger next time, i pretty much minced everything. i like to feel the texture of the vetables that Im eating. dont be afriad to use a fair amount of oil use good judgement.
