jury is still out, i made a separate garlic and sage rubbed, sauteed vidalia onion, sauerkraut with brown sugar and apple topped casserole. my wife says "It's great", however mother-in-law had " average" pried out of her cold dentures, because neither would eat the spectacular, smoky, sweet bbq grilled sister tenderlion I grilled up for the rest of the family ( of which there are no leftovers). I'll try again , but next go round with neutral parties. It did smell lovely..... to be cont'd.
