- 1 pork loin (1 lb will serve 2 people)
- 1/2 lb. carrots (farmers market, washed, cut in half)
- 1/2 potatoes (nugget, add a few different varieties if you can, washed, cut in half)
- 4 sprigs savory (sub for rosemary if you can’t find it)
