Mexican Please recipes are very good and this soup is a winner. Very simple to prepare too!

We made this tonight. It was not very complicated, good, and flavorful. We ended up eating it accompanied by Tostitos crumbled in for some extra texture and salt. It made just barely enough food for 3 people as listed. Also, I needed to broil the peppers to make the skin come off versus the 400-degree oven suggested in the recipe.
