    Absolutely delicious! I added a dash of cayenne, some garlic granules and a little cinnamon. So good. I have used this recipe numerous times. Sometimes I cut the potatoes into cubes but I also use it to make fries. It’s excellent either way.

    Great flavor in a side dish! Be ready to modify a bit, because no way are 3 large diced sweet potatoes fitting into a medium bowl! I scaled back to just under 2 full potatoes, and substituted Herb de Provence for the Italian seasoning and they still came out delicious.

    So fabulous. Added Parmesan bread crumbs on top while baking and turned out so amazing. Bragged about this recipe sooo much and it was addicting!!

    Family loved these! Only thing I did differently was drizzle with browned butter before serving.. my hubby doesn’t care for sweet potatoes and he liked these! Will be making again for sure!

    Excellent as is. I don't have Italian seasoning so I mixed my own herbs (salt, onion, garlic. paprika, cumin, oregano, basil, and a lil bit of hot pepper)

    Great Recipe. We ended up taking it out of the oven and cooking it in a pan after 20 minutes for the crunch. We ate it with Greek yogurt. The combination of Greek yogurt and crunchy sweet potatoes was amazing. I recommend it highly. I will be making this again in the future.
