    Excellent as is. I don't have Italian seasoning so I mixed my own herbs (salt, onion, garlic. paprika, cumin, oregano, basil, and a lil bit of hot pepper)

    These are very good. I thought they were going to end up baking crispy but they did not. I love the flavor with the herbs and they were very easy to put together. This is a great side dish!

    Great Recipe. We ended up taking it out of the oven and cooking it in a pan after 20 minutes for the crunch. We ate it with Greek yogurt. The combination of Greek yogurt and crunchy sweet potatoes was amazing. I recommend it highly. I will be making this again in the future.
