  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper (coarsely)
  • 3 garlic cloves (sliced thinly or minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano suggested)
