This turned out delicious! I sprinkled chili flakes for a little spice ans loved it. Will definitely make again.

Okra has always been one of those veggies that you ate fried or in stuff. It was just not good as a stand alone healthy vegetable. I'm trying to branch out, and the Farmer's Market was loaded with this this stuff.
This simple recipe was really good. I loved it, my kids loved it, my husband liked it. I call it a victory. I ended up leaving it in the oven for 25 minutes, but I think it would have been just fine at 20. There isn't much to it, but it doesn't need a lot of seasoning to be good.
