- 3 sprigs fresh thyme leaves (removed and roughly chopped)
- 1/4 cup red wine (I used Cabarnet)
- 2 Tbsp. roasted garlic (Kroger Private Selection, and Herb compound butter)
- olive oil (for drizzling)
- salt
- pepper
- sea salt (for finishing, optional)
- ciabatta bread (or French, sliced and cut in half, grilled)
- fresh parsley leaves (removed and chopped for garnish, optional)
