I needed mushroom broth for another recipe. I had the ingredients on hand, so I decided to make this mushroom broth. It was absolutely delicious! I will make more and keep it on hand in the freezer. Its flavor will make it a very versatile ingredient for a variety of recipes, or just to sip by itself.
