Wow this is so delicious!!!! I could eat this every day! I only had one large spaghetti squash so there was more sauce to go around. Yum! I prepared this as is except I did not add any olive oil into the squash to reduce fat and calories, and I added half a cup of cooked red lentils beneath the sauce for a little extra protein and nutrition. Perfection!!!
