    Wonderful Sunday dinner recipe. Aside from rosemary & lemon, this recipe offers many seasoning variations. I've made this recipe using a bit of thyme and capers. The only note I would add is that it really takes about 45-50 mi utes to fully cook instead of 35, as the recipe states.
