    I made this for Easter dinner and followed the recipe except doubling the rub on the lamb as I had 2 roasts and it was awesome! I also made the hassle back potatoes using regular russet potatoes, only needed to increase cooking time to 90 minutes and they also were extremely delicious! Will make this again!

    So it wasn’t bad in fact very very Tasty: as with any recipe—modifications were made; added paprika & mint. The salt was too much. It would have probably earned a5 stars but for the saltiness & [the cutup lemon I added]

    I loved it and the ease of it but of course I changed it up as I was really just needed the time and temp. I used fresh garlic, minced. 3 punches of Salish salt and Herbs de Provence and a couple turns from the peppercorn(5types of peppercorns) grinder Preseasoned and out of the oven pics to follow if I can add pics of initial submittal
