- 1 1/2 Tbsp. jamaican jerk seasoning (salt-free, this can be found at almost any grocery store in the spice isle)
- 1 tsp. coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp. fine salt
- 2 cups sweet corn (cooked, I use frozen)
