    These were perfect, easy and not messy in the oven. I don’t like to make hamburgers when it is too cold to grill. They are such a mess to fry and aren’t that good. This method works for indoor burgers. I followed recipe and used an instant read thermometer. Perfection!

    Quick, simple and delicious! Great mid-week, come-home-late-from-work dinner. Less than 20 minutes and it was hot and ready on the table. While the patties roasted, I sliced up fresh tomato and onion and got pickles and all my condiments ready. Husband and I are eating a keto diet, so we had ours on a crisp, lettuce “bun”. Next time I’m going to slice up some avocado and crisp up some bacon to add on top! A+

    The burgers were really moist! I added minced garlic and onion, parsley, liquid smoke, and salsa verde into my hamburger for more flavor.

    The very first time I had a roasted hamburger was decades ago made by my ex boyfriend’s mother and I haven’t found a burger that compares in taste. I found by making this recipe it taste just as I remember. Yes!!!! The taste is amazing I love the roasted flavor it almost tastes smoked. I’m making this again tonight
