- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon zest (you’ll need two lemons)
- 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper (freshly)
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 6 Tbsp. parmigiano reggiano (coarsely grated)
