- 1 loaf whole grain bread (crusty, sliced into ½-inch slices)
- 1 lb. seedless red grapes
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil (give or take)
- 1/4 brie (+ pound wedge of, I only needed ¼ pound for my little loaf, larger/more crostini will require more brie)
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- freshly ground pepper (to taste)
- salt (to taste)
