Very juicy and full of garlic. I put some quartered carrots and large slices of onion in it and it turned out great.

Love this receipt! Make it weekly for swell diner & Turkey sandwiches.
I found that it`s important to add water or stock to the bottom of the roasting pan to keep Turkey moist and makes enough liquid for gravey, Yum!

Our family loved this recipe. We used a half turkey breast that came with no skin. The basting butter and herbs kept it moist. It was perfect. We served it with mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables for Thanksgiving. Delicious.
