Delicious. A great way to use up those end of the season grape tomatoes. I love the idea of infusing the oil with the herbs before coating the veggies.

This was very good. I only had cherry/grape size tomatoes, but they still had a great flavor. Loved the addition of Parmesan on top.

I loved these! They tasted so good! I used two roma tomatoes and halved and quartered them. I also used Kraft parmesan instead of the other cheese. I used about 1/2 cup give or take.

I have made this many times, the only thing I do different is I also slice some onion to add to it. Theres never any left!

Very good!! Will definitely use this recipe again! Usually when I roast veggies, I drizzle the olive oil over the veggies & then sprinkle on the spices...I liked the technique in this recipe of mixing the oil & spices together FIRST & letting the flavors meld for a few minutes before pouring them over the veggies & tossing to coat. Live & learn!

Great! I suggest you leave it the whole 30 mins, cus with 25 (at least with my oven) it’s not enough.

Simple. Good flavor. A little salty. I won't salt my veggies next time. The Parmesan added enough.
