Very easy and very tasty. I’d make this again in a heartbeat. The only thing I’d change is to not dip the florets in the butter (or olive oil is I did) but to toss them. Dipped, they tasted more fried then baked or roasted. Otherwise, a terrific way to cook a whole cauliflower.

Absolutely beautiful. The roasting brought out the lovely natural flavours of the cauliflower and it was crunchy and juicy. Will make again. 2 months ago

Great way to get kids to eat veggies! If you think you don’t like cauliflower you need to try this. It will change your mind. So, so, so good!

I loved it, I used butter rather than oil; I cut my florets kind of small so they ended up softer than I would’ve liked but otherwise it was amazing. I had to stop everything I was doing to eat this cauliflower. I can’t wait to make it again.

Overall the dish was good tasting and easy to prepare. Next time we will add more spices like all Spice or something like that to increase the overall flavor. will also try butter rather than oil.

Tried both the butter and the olive oil. Butter was better because the panko and Parmesan stuck to it more but I also hand dipped each piece which was time consuming. I threw everything in a bag with olive oil and got some of it to stick. Delicious either way!
