Very tasty. I used the convection roast setting in my oven and it came out perfectly crunchy and yummy.

This was so delicious and the crust provided a nice crunch. Will definitely be making this again soon!

Delicious recipe! My family is not a fan of cauliflower BUT this recipe is so delicious, my daughter wanted seconds! I added 1/8 tsp garlic powder and 1/8 tsp paprika.
Next time I would cut back on butter….maybe adding olive oil instead or milk to stretch it out or moisten cauliflower with plain greek yogurt. Will definitely make again.

Very good! I chose to use almost 1/2 cup of coconut oil with only 3 Tbs of butter, and that worked fine. I also have found that steaming the cauliflower (steam oven or microwave) to cook it halfway then reduces roasting time and keeps it from drying out. Kids loved it with ranch, husband loved it with Buffalo sauce.

Husband lived it, since he doesn’t care for cauliflower it worked out great!

Excellent & easy with baked sweet potato & baked chicken, when timed properly, it all comes out on one pan no mess, no fuse healthy & delish

Very good! I used panko because I didn’t have bread crumbs. To make the process faster, I placed the cauliflower in a plastic bag added the butter mix and moved the pieces around so they will get well coated, then added the panko with cheese and left it until the oven was hot. Then, I placed each piece of the cauliflower on the tray with the parmichian paper. I’ll make it again!

Great as a snack or a side. Not as crispy as I thought they would be but great taste

Kind of a long process but absolutely worth it. Tastes amazing! Will make it again for sure.

Fantastic, I did take the recommendation of prior reviews. I used a garlic salt type seasoning instead of minced garlic and cooked them for around 26 minutes. they were gobbled up in 5 minutes!

super easy. i will be changing it up a bit next time, using garlic powder instead of minced and powdered cheese instead of grated.

Way too much bread crumbs, I even used less than the recipe called for and it was still overwhelming :/

These turned out really well. I made 3 different batches (2 heads of cauliflower). One batch was just as written, and they turned out great, but since others had commented about them not turning out crispy, I did another batch the same way but directly on a greased baking pan (not on parchment paper). That second batch turned out crispier than the first. For the third batch, I coated all the florets with butter in the bowl and then tossed with the bread crumb mixture. These didn't get coated as well and were, by far, the softest of all the batches, but still good flavor. Overall, good recipe. We will prob make again.

They turned out a bit dry! I will try the air fryer as suggested below to make them crunchy without drying out next time.
