    I made these in flowerettes and thought they were too greasy. I'd like to try roasting it in a whole head of cauliflower, and not use so much butter.

    This was amazing! I did the butter coating and then into the dry mix my head of cauliflower requires an additional stick of butter torndo the whole batch. Family was a big fan

    Very easy and very tasty. I’d make this again in a heartbeat. The only thing I’d change is to not dip the florets in the butter (or olive oil is I did) but to toss them. Dipped, they tasted more fried then baked or roasted. Otherwise, a terrific way to cook a whole cauliflower.
