Roasted broccoli always tastes good no matter the preparation. I'm not sure how to not burn the garlic though. Garlic cooks so fast, so it all turned black by the end of the cooking time! I may try next time to toss the garlic on top of the broccoli after the olive oil so it doesn't end up on the pan and burnt
