This was so good! I used 7 potatoes and 2 heads of garlic. I also added more butter. I made this with the maple honey Turkey breast and the gravy on it was amazing!

A tasty and easy recipe- I adjusted the salt, cream, and butter mix to create a delicious final dish. I also used 6 yukon golds and added pepper as well. The roasted garlic is heavenly- so aromatic and tasty.!

Turned out pretty good. This recipe definitely doesn't serve 6 people though, so we used 8 potatoes instead of 4 and even with using that many potatoes the garlic was still really potent.

Excellent! Used 5 lbs. of potatoes and two bulbs of roasted garlic, 1/2 & 1/2, and 4 Tbsps. of butter. Simply mod levels to suit taste.

The garlic was WAYYY to potent. I would suggest you use garlic powder and not actual garlic

I don’t ever roast a whole garlic head in the oven first. I usually just add in freshly diced garlic at the end. And it’s FANTASTIC!! I can’t imagine how scrumptious it would be with making this the proper way!

The potatoes with roasted garlic had a great flavor, and an easy side dish.

It was a little complicated to mash the potatoes and get them smooth. But maybe that was intended, I would cook them a little longer next time. Overall very good.

Added green onions and bacon to the mix and turned out amazing. Will probably be how I make mashed potatoes from now on.

My wife and I love this recipe, made it for the first time yesterday and definitely not the last time. I don’t think I can have regular mashed potatoes ever again.

Delicious we used red potatoes instead (skin on) had to add extra milk and butter for the consistency very flavorful side dish

Used red potatoes.
Chopped them really small and steamed them like we usually make mashed potatoes.
Then Just added the other ingredients like recipe says.
