Used red potatoes. Chopped them really small and steamed them like we usually make mashed potatoes. Then Just added the other ingredients like recipe says.

only thing was for me the garlic flavor was a little strong, if could balance that flavor with something or use a little less roasted garlic I would be in love.

These were delicious and I’m not a huge mashed potato fan. I peeled the potatoes and used red skinned as they are a personal favorite. I also drained the potatoes added butter, cream and some cream cheese to the pot and stirred to make smooth then I put the potatoes through a potato ricer with the roasted garlic. I put in a buttered dish, let cool and then dotted the top with butter and refrigerated overnight. I brought to room temperature before baking at 375 for about 30 minutes. They were incredible and all my guests went back for seconds!

Overwhelming garlic taste due to the big garlic head I used but thankfully my mother loves garlic so she said it was perfect lol.
