And the roasted broccoli with garlic and lemon last night. It was yummy it could have had more flavor however. I think it’s better if I toss the veggies in a bowl with the oil and garlic they get better coverage. And I think what I’ll do next time is great the lemon rind and put it in the oil so that as a little more lemon flavor. I will make this again.
