  • 3 tablespoons sesame tahini (I prefer Ziyad brand, but any will do.)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 whole roasted garlic (bulb, or 2 if you really want some garlic flavor)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
