    Delicious but did not use much garlic because then it would not have been so delicious! It’s spicy as well so take the cayenne down a bit if you don’t like spicy.

    I’ve made garlic soup before using Smitten Kitchens recipe and it was delicious and subtle. This recipe was bland and the garlic potent. I would say avoid adding the water and use less garlic but I definitely will not be making again. What a waste!
