Yummy. Spicey, great texture. Yes, salt amount must be wrong, I used 1/4 tsp.

The recipe must have a typo: 1.5 tablespoons of salt is at least three times too much. Perhaps it should read 1.5 teaspoons of salt.
Otherwise, there are good textures and flavours going on here, and it is so simple to prepare. I paired it with good quality tortellini.

Fantastic! The sweetness comes out in roasting, and the curried crispiness is perfect
