This was my first time roasting chick peas. They are good. Some are soft and some are crispy...I like the crispy ones 😂

You really have to make sure that they are nice and crispy. I think I will leave them in about 5mins longer next time as some were crispy and some not enough.

Just sautéed them in the spices to taste and it turned out nice. I would make it again...............
