    Didn't make the tzatziki sauce, but the roasted chickpeas were delicious!

    Amazing!! I toasted the pita on the stovetop with a little oil and garlic powder...I used less than a cup of the sauce.
    The tzatziki sauce tasted so legit. I decided to strain the soy yogourt with a double-layered coffee filter to make it thicker and it worked perfectly. I'm not so used to the texture of chickpeas yet but the flavour was really good!

    Outstanding. Used wraps instead of pitas as was excellent. This has become a favourite family dish!!
