I thought the pre explanations would have been better after the actual directions so I misunderstood and poured everything over the raw cauliflower but it still turned out really well and was super tasty.
I was bummed because it did not get crispy at all like I expected.

Love this! So easy so delicious. I made it a few months ago with avocado oil, this time I just had olive oil in my kitchen, think the avocado added to the flavor but was just as good with the olive. Thanks for sharing such a simple, great recipe!

Super good, but I would use about half as much chipotle

Delicious. My husband is not a fan of cauliflower, but he really enjoyed this recipe. I will definitely be making this often.

Amazing recipe, the directions aren’t super clear but it’s pretty self explanatory. Just follow the measurements and/or add to taste and you’ll be fine. My boyfriend loved it and so did I. Will definitely be making this again in the future!

Amazing. But next time I’m going to follow the authors recommendations dm add more chipotle and more lime. I’m also going to make a crema sauce for it too.

Excellent! I'll just halve the chipotle next time, but my partner loved it as is.

Didn’t follow the recipe to the T; used olive oil, didn’t have garlic, used bottled lemon juice, and used a Chipolte rub. Worked well none the less and tasted great.

Fantastic. But cutting the pieces smaller and cooking for about 50 minutes makes them perfect.

Very Good! Switched the ground chipotle to chipotle peppers in adobo sauce b/c that is what I had on hand. I also use EVOO instead of avacado oil b/c I didn't have that either. we loved it. wish we made more!!!

best way to eat cauliflower. and don't feel like you have to use this spice mix! I don't have Chipotle but I've been mixing adobo, curry powder, and chili powder. use the flavors you like! curry powder really makes this for me.
    Amazing flavor and texture

Only used half the recommended amount of chipotle and this was still spicy but also really awesome ... Have been roasting cauliflower for years and I don't know that roasting it for 90 minutes as a lower temp was really all that different than just doing a standard cook time and temp ... could probably just turn up the heat and cut down the cook time to get this on the table faster if it's a busy week night ... would recommend and would totally make again.

Delicious. I've made it 4 or 5 times now and I just add a little more Chipotle than it says.🙂

it was good, used olive oil instead. i should have kept the cauliflower a bit larger when i was cutting it. that's my only adjustment for next time.
