I didn’t have ground chipotle so I used crushed red pepper. I followed this recipe and cooked it in a convection oven at 425F for 20 minutes, turned out perfectly and a very tasty side dish. Also tasty to mix in some chopped cilantro at the end like mentioned.

I'm not sure if i cut the cauliflower too small, if the rack was in the wrong spot or something else entirely but it started to burn immediately and ended up being burnt, shriveled, cauliflower 😔

it was so amazing I love it so much
the cauliflower size definitely matters. i heard vegan amd was skeptical but in the end i am looking forward to trying more recipes like this 😃😃😃

I left out the chipotle, and it was still the best cauliflower dish I've ever tasted!

I thought the pre explanations would have been better after the actual directions so I misunderstood and poured everything over the raw cauliflower but it still turned out really well and was super tasty.

Love this! So easy so delicious. I made it a few months ago with avocado oil, this time I just had olive oil in my kitchen, think the avocado added to the flavor but was just as good with the olive. Thanks for sharing such a simple, great recipe!

Delicious. My husband is not a fan of cauliflower, but he really enjoyed this recipe. I will definitely be making this often.

Amazing recipe, the directions aren’t super clear but it’s pretty self explanatory. Just follow the measurements and/or add to taste and you’ll be fine. My boyfriend loved it and so did I. Will definitely be making this again in the future!

Amazing. But next time I’m going to follow the authors recommendations dm add more chipotle and more lime. I’m also going to make a crema sauce for it too.

Excellent! I'll just halve the chipotle next time, but my partner loved it as is.

Didn’t follow the recipe to the T; used olive oil, didn’t have garlic, used bottled lemon juice, and used a Chipolte rub. Worked well none the less and tasted great.

Fantastic. l used coconut oil instead of Avocado oil for the pure reason l did not have avocado oil. l would definitely make again.

Fantastic. But cutting the pieces smaller and cooking for about 50 minutes makes them perfect.

Very Good! Switched the ground chipotle to chipotle peppers in adobo sauce b/c that is what I had on hand. I also use EVOO instead of avacado oil b/c I didn't have that either. we loved it. wish we made more!!!

best way to eat cauliflower. and don't feel like you have to use this spice mix! I don't have Chipotle but I've been mixing adobo, curry powder, and chili powder. use the flavors you like! curry powder really makes this for me.

Delicious. I've made it 4 or 5 times now and I just add a little more Chipotle than it says.🙂
