This is good! I will add it to my "go to" file of simple recipes that impress. Due to the pandemic, there were no canned Garbanzos in the supermarket, so I got dried and discovered that they are well worth the overnight soak and cooking time!

I absolutely love this dish! It is definitely my new favorite. I didn't have seeded mustard or Italian parsley, so I used mustard powder and cilantro and it is spectacular!

Quick and easy and very tasty!
