Mine turned out to be way more roux then necessary, we will try at least half of the roux next time to make the ratio perfect and cheesy. Otherwise it was yum.

After serving this to my family, they seemed to enjoy. I was a wonderful change to your everyday boring veggies at dinner time. I will definately be making it again.
