I had this yesterday, as a side dish, with pan roasted roasted chicken. It was good, and I plan on making it again, because I can put enough in a small skillet, for one serving, and roast it at the same time I'm roasting my chicken pieces. Today, I may use a larger skillet and put them in the oven together; less cleanup.

Good recipe. I doubled the garlic, I also turned the temperature up to 400F after 30 minutes and roasted it for 10 more minutes. I put the parmesan cheese in at the beginning instead of at the end, My wife and son loved it.
