- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- salt
- 2 Tbsp. basil (chiffonade)
- 2 tsp. honey

- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Toss the carrots with the olive oil, salt and pepper. Lay on a baking dish in a single layer.
