Delicious, simple. Next time I would put more onions and maybe chop them a little bigger, because they were also a delicious addition. The recipe really needs pretty a lot of salt.

Really nice! Carrots were tender but not mushy and the family loved the bright colour!

Instead of onions, I diced shallots and it was a superior outcome. So easy and so delicious.

they were just like i like them with a little snap. if you like them mushy then cook them a bit longer.

First time trying this and we loved it! I put these inside of a garlic chicken pasta with spinach (minus the cheese) and it was quite lovely.

I made it twice in a row. It was great! very simple. I liked that the seasonings didn't overehelm the delicious taste of the carrots
